We are are growing community of Senior players aged 50+.
Our aim is to use Football as a way of increasing our fitness, health and wellbeing. As we get older it becomes increasingly important to look after our body. Many other activities on offer in the community lack the fun factor. We like to create enjoyable and beneficial sessions.
