Terms and Conditions

1. Players must be aged 50 and above

2. Within a 12-hour window before the session starts, if any session is short of its maximum participant count, other members can apply for additional slots for no extra charge. This allocation is based on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Sessions will go ahead in all safe weathers and conditions, except where the venue makes the decision to cancel the booking. In this event, all affected participants will receive a credit for the cost of that session charged to them.

4. Players participate at their own risk with regard to injuries.

5. We do not offer refunds if you are absent for injuries, except in exceptional circumstances. However, if you experience a long-term injury, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
 

6. No refunds can be provided for any other unavailability reasons. It is a subscription-based pricing model.

7. Payments: £6 for your first session, any other subsequent sessions must be paid for 3 months in advance at the current published rate of £75 (£25 per month), this will automatically renew every 3 months unless a minimum of 1 month notice is given of your wish to cancel subscription.
 

8. Price increases where possible will be given a minimum of 30 days in advance. There are some exceptions to this, should a hired venue cease trading leaving us to find an alternative venue or increase prices without notice, we will need to apply any increase in cost accordingly.
 

9. By participating in these activities, you affirm that you are fully capable of engaging in them and do not believe they will be detrimental to your health, safety, or physical condition. You acknowledge that your participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
