
Terms and Conditions

1. If any session is short of its maximum participant count, other members can apply for additional slots for no extra charge. This allocation is based on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Sessions will go ahead in all safe weathers and conditions, except where the venue makes the decision to cancel the booking.
3. Players participate at their own risk with regard to injuries.
4. Monthly Subscription Policy

Continuous Monthly Payments:
All members are required to maintain continuous monthly subscription payments without interruptions. This ensures the sustainability of club operations.

No Pause or Pay-As-You-Go:
Membership fees are not based on attendance, and we do not permit "pay-as-you-go" or temporary suspension of payments for absences, such as holidays, work commitments or minor injuries.

Prolonged Absences:
If a member anticipates being unable to participate for an extended period (defined as two months or more), they must notify the club. In such cases, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis to determine whether any adjustments can be made.
5. Price increases where possible will be given a minimum of 30 days in advance. There are some exceptions to this, should a hired venue cease trading leaving us to find an alternative venue or increase prices without notice, we will need to apply any increase in cost accordingly.
6. By participating in these activities, you affirm that you are fully capable of engaging in them and do not believe they will be detrimental to your health, safety, or physical condition. You acknowledge that your participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

7. Code of Conduct:

We do not tolerate the following.
​​
Swearing, bad language, or offensive racial remarks that are made towards any player, on or off the field.
Over aggressive tackles that could seriously injure another player, which includes sliding tackles.
Verbal or physical abuse that is made towards any player or members of public at the venue.

If in any incident a member is found to violate the code of conduct set out in Item 7, they will be asked to leave the venue and be removed from the club
