Session Information

HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?

  • All of our sessions last 1 hour, 45 minutes playing time plus proper warm up and cool downs to minimise the risk of injury.

  • We recommend arriving 15 minutes before scheduled start. 

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

  • Suitable clothing for weather conditions

  • Footwear for 3G pitch - click here for advice

  • Water bottle to stay hydrated

 

 We supply the bibs and balls!
